Pre-order Policy & Production Time

Pre-order Information

Welcome to our shop! The production of your ordered items will only commence once the pre-order period has officially ended. We appreciate your support and patience, allowing us to bring our creative visions to life.

Production and Timing

Please note that the production process for physical items may take up to four months or more. This timeline is an estimate and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to shipping issues or manufacturing challenges, which are beyond our control. We commit to keeping you updated on the progress through our zine project's social media platforms.

Shipping Policies

Shipping Locations

We are pleased to offer shipping to any location that is serviced by the U.S. Postal Service. Before placing an order, we encourage you to check current international service disruptions to ensure that there are no current shipping restrictions to your country.

UK Orders

Buyers are responsible for paying VAT on their purchases. Additionally, purchases will not be covered by insurance, meaning that your order will be marked as a gift, and will not be eligible for a prorated refund based on damages. 

Germany Orders

Buyers packages will be marked as a gift, meaning that they will not be covered by insurance. Any additional VAT and taxes will need to be paid by buyers. 

International Orders

For international buyers, please be aware that you may be responsible for additional VAT, duty, or import/custom fees upon receiving your package. Delivery for international shipments may take 6-8 weeks to arrive. If you're looking to save on shipping costs, consider organizing an international group order by emailing us directly!

Returns & Refunds

Refund Policy

Once the pre-order period has closed, we will not be able to process refunds. We appreciate your understanding in supporting the production of these unique items.

Damaged or Missing Items

We strive for the highest quality in all our shipped products. However, if your order arrives damaged or with items missing, we're here to help. Please contact us via email for a case-by-case evaluation for potential replacements or refunds. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll work diligently to resolve any issues.
